Karl has over 25-years’ experience as a drug hunter in drug discovery, he spent five years at Merck's Neuroscience Research Centre and nine years at Pfizer, where he led drug discovery teams in Pain, Urology, and Infectious Disease therapeutic areas. Karl co-founded Sandexis Medicinal Chemistry in 2011 and since then has collaborated with numerous Biotech start-ups, leading projects, building teams, and driving successful programmes.
